Laxmi Vilas Palace was built back in the year 1887 by the ruler of Bharatpur Maharaja Ram Singh for his younger brother, Raja Raghunath Singh.Spread over an area of 50 acres, Laxmi Vilas Palace was built in the year 1857 by the then ruler of Bharatpur, Maharaja Ram Singh.
